1ºESOen - Plywood and chipboard manufacturing process

Plywood is a wood-based panel product comprised of a collection of veneers that are glued together with a resin. To sum up the production process; logs are peeled into veneers, the veneers are lathered in glue, laid up so that the grain direction of each veneer is perpendicular to its adjacent veneer, pressed together, trimmed and sanded. Chipboard is an engineered wood product manufactured from wood chips, sawmill shavings, or even sawdust, and a synthetic resin or other suitable binder, which is pressed and extruded.

El vocabulario de las operaciones matemáticas básicas en inglés

ADDITION/SUMA: El símbolo de la adición o suma (+) lo llamamos  plus  en inglés. Un enunciado de este tipo lo expresamos así: 7 + 3 = 10 : Seven  plus  three is ten 5 + 84 = 89 : 5   plus  84  is 89 Por otro lado, también podemos usar el verbo  to add  para expresar sumas: Add  six to forty and that is forty six Add  10 to 2 and that is 12 SUBSTRACTION/ RESTA: En este caso, también hay dos formas de enunciar una resta en inglés.
